Anger, which is a perfectly normal emotion, can transform itself into something frightening and ugly. The first impression you might have of anger situations may bring about images of a couple fighting, a parent abusing a child or a teenager lashing out at a teacher or a parent. It is rare that images of angry youths come to mind. Unfortunately kids, at very young ages, have to cope with emotions of anger and rage. This is a truth which is often very difficult for adults to understand or cope with.
