You’re going to need to process this, it’s only natural. You need to be in a calm place where you can think your way through this. You need time to ask yourself some tough questions. Want do you want? You still want her, even though she has betrayed you? Is your marriage worth saving? And, just as importantly what does she want? Your life has changed forever now, whether you like it or not.

What else makes your world significant?

This is great question to ask yourself right now. I know your wife has probably meant the world to you, but there are other things in life that make it worthwhile, right? What about your kids? What about your job? What about the role you play in your lives of your friends? Although your marriage is a gigantic portion of your life, there is more to it than that single relationship.

There are no easy answers when you have a wife caught cheating. There just aren’t. You may decide your world is beyond repair, and it’s time to move on. Sometimes that’s the only way. But, this could be an opportunity for you both to re-invent yourself and your marriage. It depends on your much you mean to each other in the end. And, only the two of you can define that.
